SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed to replace quartz-based XOs in applications such as DSC, DVC, DVR, IP cameras, tablets, and high-speed serial protocols like USB and Ethernet. It offers 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, has a startup time of 5 ms, and includes standby mode for power savings. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
