The SiT1602B is a low-power, LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible silicon MEMS oscillator offering 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes a standby mode reducing current to under 4.3 µA.
