The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with no load. The device features a 5 ms startup time, LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, and includes standby mode to reduce power. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony.
