The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with LVCMOS/HCMOS output and industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and operates from -40°C to 85°C. Featuring ±20 ppm frequency stability, a 5 ms startup time, and standby mode with currents as low as 0.6 µA, it is RoHS and REACH compliant with no lead, halogen, or antimony. The part is pin-compatible with quartz XO and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
