The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, 5 ms startup time, and standby current as low as 0.6 µA. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm and complies with RoHS and REACH. Operating junction temperature maximum is 95°C at 85°C ambient. A 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND is required.
