The SiT1576 is a 1.2 mm² ultra-low power temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with an output frequency range of 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz, housed in a 1.5 × 0.8 mm chip-scale package (CSP). It provides ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability over temperature, supply voltage, and aging, with a typical supply current of 6 µA at 100 kHz. Operating supply voltage ranges from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and it supports two temperature ranges: -20°C to 70°C and -40°C to 85°C. The device includes on-chip VDD filtering, eliminating the need for external bypass capacitors. Integrated phase jitter is 2 to 3.5 nsRMS for frequencies above 1 kHz, and period jitter is 2.2 to 4.5 nsRMS at 100 kHz. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a PFAS-free option available. Output is LVCMOS with 45% to 55% duty cycle, and rise/fall times are 9 to 20 ns under 15 pF load.
