The SI5345D-B00013-GM is a highly versatile clock generator and jitter attenuator that utilizes fourth-generation DSPLL,Ñ¢ and MultiSynth,Ñ¢ technologies. It is capable of generating any combination of output frequencies from a wide range of input frequencies, with an ultra-low jitter specification of 90 fs rms. The device supports input frequencies in differential mode from 8 kHz to 750 MHz and in LVCMOS mode from 8 kHz to 250 MHz. Its output frequency range extends from 100 Hz to 1028 MHz in differential mode and from 100 Hz to 250 MHz in LVCMOS mode. This clock generator features programmable jitter attenuation bandwidth, allowing for optimization based on specific application requirements. It is equipped with four input clocks and can provide up to ten output clocks, making it suitable for complex timing applications. The device supports various output formats, including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL, with programmable signal amplitude. Additionally, it includes features such as hitless input clock switching, free-run and holdover modes, and status monitoring capabilities. The SI5345D-B00013-GM operates within a temperature range of -40 to +85 ¬8C and is available in a compact 64-QFN package.
