The SC4808B-2MSTRT is a dual-ended PWM controller for isolated power converters, housed in an MSOP-10 package measuring 3.00 mm by 4.90 mm. It operates from a 4.4V to 18V supply with a start-up current of 120 µA and supports frequencies up to 1 MHz. The device enables current or voltage mode operation with internal slope compensation, features a programmable line undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, and includes dual push-pull outputs with 100 mA peak drive capability. It supports bi-phase operation for out-of-phase synchronization between two devices, and is RoHS and WEEE compliant. Operating temperature range is -40 °C to 105 °C.
