The Ro-Tap Testing Sieve Shaker accurately reproduces the circular and tapping motion given to testing sieves in hand sieving. A uniform, mechanical action assures dependable, comparable sizing tests when a precision separation is required. The Ro-Tap RX-29 is built for handling 8 diameter testing sieves of different openings. The RX-30 is built for handling 12 diameter testing sieves. With the full height (2) sieves, a sample can be tested on a series of six sieves and a bottom pan. When using the half height (1) sieves, a sample can be analyzed on a series of thirteen sieves and bottom pan. The Ro-Tap is operated by a vertically mounted ¼ HP, 1 PH motor which is actuated through a built-in timer. Sieves are not included.
