The OGN pre-assembled fuseholder block is designed for surface mount PCB assembly and accommodates 5 x 20 mm fuse-links. It is rated for 500 VAC under VDE and 500 VAC/VDC under UL/CSA, with a rated current of 10 A or 16 A depending on certification and cover type. The housing and cover are made of UL 94V-0 thermoplastic, supporting reflow soldering up to 245 °C for 30 seconds. It achieves IP20 protection with cover installed, operates from -40 °C to 85 °C, and meets IEC 60335-1 for appliances in unattended use, including enhanced glow wire test requirements. The component weighs 1.7 g and measures 22.7 mm in length. Packaging is available in blister tape reels of 400 pieces. Approvals include VDE, UL, and CSA, with compliance to RoHS, REACH, and UKCA directives.
