The PSE M22 IV PI is a piezo switch with point illumination, designed for prolonged signal duration in harsh environments. It has a 22 mm diameter housing made of stainless steel, aluminum, or polyamide, mounted via nut with a 5.1x22M thread and 26 mm outer diameter. It operates at 24 VDC for illumination, switches up to 32/48 VAC/DC at 1 A current, and handles 10 W rated breaking capacity. The actuating force is ≤3 N at centric actuation with 0.002 mm travel. Switch resistance is <1 Ω ON and >10 MΩ OFF. It provides over 20 million actuations, IP67 and IP69K protection, and functions from -20 to +60 °C. Connection is via cable with Faston terminals. The switch meets EMC directive 2004/108/EWG, MIL-STD-202F Methods 107G, 204D, 213B, 416D Method RS103, 810E Methods 501.3, 502.3, 507.3, and VDE standards DIN EN 61000-4-2, DIN EN 61000-4-4, DIN EN 61000-4-5.
