The DosP DP803 is a volumetric piston dispenser designed for a variety of dispensing tasks, including adhesive bonding, sealing, filling, and heat dissipation. It features a compact design that is 30% smaller and over 15% lighter than its predecessor, making it suitable for integration into production environments. The dispenser is capable of handling a wide range of materials, from low-viscosity adhesives to highly viscous and abrasive substances. It offers precise and reproducible material volume output, with a dispensing accuracy of less than 0.5% at maximum stroke. The device can dispense volumes ranging from 0.06 ml to 17 ml for 1-component materials and up to 32 ml for 2-component materials, with a maximum dispensing speed of 2 ml/s. The DosP DP803 can be heated up to 80¬8C and includes sensors on the inlet valves to enhance process reliability. Additionally, it supports various equipment options, such as mixing tubes and dispenser heating, allowing for flexibility in application.
