Application
These high density connectors are extremely useful in wind tunnel models or flight tests when you have a large quantity of tubes requiring easy disconnects. These connectors consist of a male and female connector. An optional female bulkhead connector (FB) is available that can be panel mounted.
Typically the materials of construction are Anodized aluminum with cemented stainless steel tubulations.Silicone gaskets are our standard. Based on chemical compatibility with your application, optional Viton or neoprene gaskets are also available.
All of the Scanivalve circular connectors are designed for use with plastic tubing. The model 48L is an exception since it is designed to accept steel tubing.
