Allegro MicroSystems Inc. 80V Automotive Three-Phase Mosfet Driver AMT49502KLPTR-5

The AMT49502KLPTR-5 is an 80 V automotive half-bridge MOSFET driver designed for controlling N-channel power MOSFETs in applications such as brush DC motors, BLDC motors, and actuators. It operates with a 5 V logic I/O supply and is housed in a 24-lead eTSSOP package with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 7.8 mm × 4.4 mm with a maximum height of 1.2 mm. The device supports independent high-side and low-side gate drive control via logic inputs or an SPI-compatible serial interface, and includes a charge pump for full gate drive operation down to 5.5 V supply voltage. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified and ASIL B compliant when used as specified. Integrated diagnostics, a current sense amplifier, and programmable VDS threshold settings are provided for fault protection and monitoring.
