Allegro MicroSystems Inc. 80V Automotive Three-Phase Mosfet Driver AMT49502KLPTR-3

The AMT49502KLPTR-3 is an 80 V automotive half-bridge MOSFET driver designed for controlling N-channel power MOSFETs in applications such as brush DC motors, BLDC motors, and solenoids. It features a 24-lead eTSSOP package with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 7.8 mm × 4.4 mm with a maximum height of 1.2 mm. The device operates from a 5.5 to 80 V supply voltage and includes an integrated 3.3 V logic I/O supply, making it compatible with 3.3 V logic inputs. It supports independent high-side and low-side gate drive control via direct logic inputs or an SPI-compatible serial interface, with charge pump and bootstrap circuitry enabling full gate drive operation down to 5.5 V supply. The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified and ASIL-B compliant when used as specified. Integrated diagnostics and a current sense amplifier provide fault monitoring and protection features.
