The AAS33001LLPBTR-DD is a dual-die, 24-pin eTSSOP precision angle sensor IC designed for automotive applications requiring ASIL D compliance. It provides contactless 0° to 360° angular position measurement using circular vertical Hall technology with on-chip 32-segment linearization to correct for magnet misalignment and imperfections. The device supports 10 MHz SPI with 4-bit CRC, PWM, and UVW/ABI outputs, operates from 3.7 V to 18 V, and functions across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The 1 mm thin package minimizes air gap to the target magnet, and the package is pin-compatible with the A1333 series. It includes on-chip EEPROM for calibration storage, ECC for error correction, and comprehensive diagnostics including LBIST and CVH self-test.
The AAS33001 provides contactless angle measurements with on-chip linearization and incremental outputs for precise motor control and position sensing. Supports SPI, PWM, and UVW/ABI outputs.
