The A1339LLPTR-5-DD-T is a dual-die, 24-pin eTSSOP angle sensor IC designed for safety-critical automotive applications, providing contactless 0° to 360° angular position measurement with ASIL D compliance when used as specified in the safety manual. It operates from a 5 V supply, supports 10 MHz SPI for low-latency data, and includes on-chip EEPROM for calibration, built-in self-test, and error correction. The device supports ABI, UVW, and PWM outputs, operates from -40°C to 150°C, and is rated for direct connection to a 12 V battery with transient protection to 39 V per ISO 7637-2 Pulse 5b.
The A1339 provides high-resolution angle measurements with integrated diagnostics, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications. Supports various output formats (UVW, ABI, SPI, PWM) and on-chip EEPROM for flexible configuration.
