The A1315LUATN-5-T is a linear Hall-effect sensor IC with analog output, designed for high-accuracy position sensing in automotive and industrial applications. It is housed in a 3-pin ultramini SIP package (1.5 mm × 4 mm × 3 mm) with through-hole mounting. The device operates from a 3.3 V supply, provides a 5 mV/G output sensitivity, and maintains stable performance across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It features temperature-compensated quiescent voltage output, output voltage clamps for short-circuit diagnostics, and enhanced EMC immunity. The package is lead-free with matte-tin plating.
