The Norcross Invisible Controller is software which operates with any PLC that has a touch-screen interface, to provide full monitoring and control of up to 10 stations utilizing Norcross viscosity sensors. Eliminating the need for multiple controllers, this viscosity control software can provide trend plots in real-time for each station, data logging up to seven days, and permits set-point and other viscosity parameter adjustments on-the-fly.Custom installed and fully integrated into a user's system, the Norcross Invisible Controller software simplifies the operator interface and creates a single report for the entire system. It is compatible with popular PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, and Siemens.
