UT6KC5 is a dual N-channel power MOSFET designed for switching applications such as DC/DC converters, featuring a 60V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current of ±3.5A. It is housed in a DFN2020-8D surface-mount package and has a maximum power dissipation of 2W. The device has a maximum on-resistance of 95mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 145mΩ at 4.5V, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with thermal resistance from junction to ambient of 62.5°C/W when mounted on a 40×40×0.8mm copper board.
