The UMA4N is a dual digital transistor with two built-in bias resistors, packaged in an SOT-353 (UMT5) case, designed for use in inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current of -100 mA, and a total power dissipation of 150 mW. The device features an input resistance of 7 to 13 kΩ and a DC current gain range of 100 to 600. It operates with a junction temperature up to 150 °C and a storage temperature range of -55 to +150 °C. The part is supplied in a 3,000-piece reel with a tape width of 8 mm.
Devices integrating two transistors are available in ultra-compact packages, suitable for various applications such as pre-amplifier differential amplification circuits, high-frequency oscillators, driver ICs and so forth.
