SST4401HZG is an NPN medium power transistor in an SOT-23 package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 40 V and a collector current of 600 mA, designed for switching and audio frequency small signal amplifier applications. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. The device has a power dissipation of 200 mW when mounted on a reference land and 350 mW on a ceramic board. The junction temperature range is -55 to 150 ℃. The transistor features a DC current gain ranging from 20 to 300 depending on collector current and voltage conditions, and a transition frequency of 250 MHz. Its collector-emitter saturation voltage is up to 750 mV at 500 mA collector current and 50 mA base current.
