SP8K33HZG is a dual N-channel 60V power MOSFET in an SOP8 package, designed for switching applications. Each device has a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V, continuous drain current of ±5.0A, and a maximum on-state resistance of 48mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. The package is surface mount, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and Sn100% plated. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Power dissipation is rated at 2.0W under specified mounting conditions.
