SH8MB5 is a 40V N-channel and P-channel power MOSFET pair in an SOP8 package, designed for switching applications. The device has a continuous drain current of ±8.5A and a maximum power dissipation of 2.0W. The N-channel MOSFET has a maximum on-resistance of 19.4mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage, and the P-channel MOSFET has a maximum on-resistance of 16.8mΩ at -10V gate-source voltage.
