SH8MA2 is a 30V N-channel and P-channel Power MOSFET in a SOP8 surface-mount package, designed for switching applications. It features a maximum continuous drain current of ±4.5A, a total power dissipation of 2.7W, and on-resistance values of up to 80mΩ for the N-channel and 82mΩ for the P-channel. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 62.5°C/W when mounted on a ceramic board (30×30×0.8mm).
