The SH8M31 is a dual-channel 60V power MOSFET with integrated N-channel and P-channel devices in an SOP8 surface-mount package, designed for switching applications. Each channel has a maximum continuous drain current of ±4.5A and a maximum on-resistance of 65mΩ (N-channel) and 70mΩ (P-channel) at specified gate voltages. The device handles a maximum power dissipation of 2.0W and operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and packaged in an embossed tape reel with a basic ordering unit of 2500 pieces.
