SH8K39 is a 60V N-channel dual Power MOSFET in an SOP8 package, designed for switching applications such as motor drive. It has a maximum continuous drain current of ±13A and a maximum on-resistance of 21mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. The device is rated for a power dissipation of 5.8W with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Thermal resistance is 62.5°C/W from junction to ambient when mounted on a ceramic board. Avalanche current and energy ratings are 13A and 26mJ respectively.
