SCT3080ALHR is an automotive-grade N-channel silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications, featuring a TO-247N package with a drain-source voltage rating of 650 V, a continuous drain current of 30 A at 25°C, and a typical on-resistance of 80 mΩ. It is qualified to AEC-Q101, RoHS compliant, and operates with a junction temperature range up to 175°C.
