The RGS80TSX2D is a 1200V, 40A field stop trench IGBT with a built-in fast recovery diode, designed for general inverters, UPS, PV inverters, and power conditioners. It is packaged in a TO-247N case and supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.70V (typical at 25°C), a short circuit withstand time of 10μs at 25°C, and a power dissipation of 555W at 25°C. It is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
