RF6E045AJ is an N-channel 30V MOSFET designed for switching applications, housed in a TUMT6 package with a maximum continuous drain current of ±4.5A and a drain-source on-state resistance of up to 23.7mΩ at 4.5V gate drive. It dissipates up to 1W of power and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and features a thermal resistance of 125°C/W.
