ROHM Semiconductor GmbH Nch 60V 15A Power MOSFET RD3L150SN

RD3L150SN is an N-channel 60V power MOSFET designed for switching applications, housed in a DPAK (TO-252) package. It has a continuous drain current rating of ±15A and a maximum on-resistance of 40mΩ at a gate-source voltage of 10V and drain current of 15A. The device supports a pulsed drain current of ±30A, with a power dissipation limit of 20W and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 6.25°C/W. It is RoHS compliant and features low on-resistance, fast switching, and easy parallel operation. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a reel size of 330mm and a basic ordering unit of 2500 pieces.
