The R6576KNZ4 is an N-channel 650V 76A power MOSFET in a TO-247 package, designed for high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum on-resistance of 0.046Ω at 25°C and can dissipate up to 735W with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is RoHS compliant and features low gate charge and fast switching characteristics. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.17°C/W, and junction-to-ambient is 30°C/W. Avalanche energy rating is 2115 mJ. The body diode has a reverse recovery time of 880 ns and peak reverse current of 65 A.
