The R6524KNZ4 is an N-channel 650V 24A power MOSFET in a TO-247 package, designed for high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 0.185Ω at 25°C and a power dissipation rating of 245W. The device supports a continuous drain current of ±24A and a pulsed drain current of ±72A, with an avalanche energy capability of 654 mJ. It is RoHS compliant and features low on-resistance and easy parallel operation. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, and thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.51°C/W.
