R6515ENJ is an N-channel 650V 15A power MOSFET in a TO-263 package, designed for switching applications. It has a maximum on-resistance of 0.315Ω at 25℃ and can handle a continuous drain current of ±15A, with a power dissipation of 184W. The device features fast switching speed and is RoHS compliant.
