R6020YNX is an N-channel 600V power MOSFET in a TO-220FM package designed for switching applications. It has a continuous drain current rating of ±12 A and a pulsed drain current rating of ±60 A. The maximum on-state resistance is 185 mΩ at 12 V gate-source voltage and 6 A drain current. The device supports a maximum power dissipation of 62 W and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 2.01 °C/W and junction to ambient of 62.5 °C/W. It features fast switching, low gate charge, and is RoHS compliant with halogen-free mold compound. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -55 to +150 °C.
