The R6004END3 is an N-channel 600V 4A power MOSFET in a TO-252 package, designed for switching applications. It has a maximum on-resistance of 0.98Ω at 25°C and can dissipate up to 59W with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant and features low radiation noise and fast switching with pulse current capability up to 8.0A.
