The R6000ENH is an N-channel 600V 0.5A power MOSFET in an SOP8 package for switching applications. It has a maximum on-resistance of 8.8Ω at 25℃, a power dissipation of 2.0W, and operates with a junction temperature range of -55℃ to +150℃. The device is RoHS compliant and features fast switching and easy parallel usage. It is packaged in an embossed tape reel with 2500 pieces per reel.
