The DTC124TUA is an NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, designed for inverter, interface, and driver applications. It is packaged in an SOT-323 (UMT3) case and supports a collector-emitter voltage of 50 V and a collector current of 100 mA. The built-in input resistor is rated at 22 kΩ, enabling simplified circuit design without external resistors. The device has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 300 mV at 5 mA collector current and 0.5 mA base current, and a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 100 to 600. It operates with a junction temperature of up to 150 °C and a storage temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C. The transistor meets RoHS standards and is compatible with the complementary DTA124T PNP series.
