The DTC114TM is an NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, designed for inverter, interface, and driver circuits. It is packaged in a SOT-723 case measuring 1.2 mm × 1.2 mm. The device has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50 V, a collector current rating of 100 mA, and a power dissipation of 150 mW. The input resistance is between 7 kΩ and 13 kΩ, and the collector-emitter saturation voltage is up to 300 mV at I_C = 10 mA and I_B = 1 mA. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. It meets RoHS standards. Complementary PNP types are available in the DTA114T series.
