BM64377S-VA is a 600V/30A three-phase inverter Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for motor control, integrating IGBTs, gate drivers, and bootstrap diodes in an HSDIP25 package measuring 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm. It operates with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and case temperature range of -25°C to +115°C. The IGBTs have a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.7V (typical) at 30A and the flywheel diodes exhibit a forward voltage of 1.9V (typical). Protection features include short circuit current protection, under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown with a fault output and analog temperature signal (VOT). The module is UL recognized under UL1557 File E468261 and offers 1500 Vrms isolation between pins and heat sink, suitable for AC100-240Vrms applications in compressors.
