It uses an HSDIP25 package measuring 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm, with a maximum case temperature of +115°C and junction temperature limit of 150°C. The module features built-in bootstrap diodes, UVLO protection, short-circuit current protection, and a temperature output analog signal. It supports 3.3V and 5V logic inputs and is UL recognized to UL1557.
