ROHM Semiconductor GmbH 600V IGBT Intelligent Power Module (IPM) BM63575S-VC

BM63575S-VC is a 600V/20A three-phase intelligent power module (IPM) for motor control, integrating IGBTs, flywheel diodes, and gate drivers with built-in bootstrap diodes. It is housed in an HSDIP25 package measuring 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm. The module features low side IGBT open emitter configuration, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), short circuit protection (SCP), and a temperature output (VOT) analog signal. It operates with control input voltages of 3.3V or 5V and meets UL 1557 certification. Maximum junction temperature is 150°C and case temperature range is -25°C to +115°C. The IPM is designed for AC 100-240Vrms motor control applications such as compressors in air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators.
