BM63573S-VC is a 600V/10A three-phase IGBT intelligent power module (IPM) for motor control applications, featuring built-in gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, and protection functions. It is packaged in an HSDIP25VC case measuring 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm, with an IGBT junction temperature maximum of 150°C and module case temperature range of -25°C to +115°C. The module includes low side IGBT short circuit protection, under-voltage lockout, and an analog temperature output (VOT).
