The BM63375S-VA is a 600V/20A three-phase inverter Intelligent Power Module (IPM) with integrated gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and flywheel diodes, designed for AC motor control applications such as air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators. It features a HSDIP25 package measuring 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm, with low-side IGBT open emitter configuration and built-in protection including short-circuit current protection (SCP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The module supports 3.3V and 5V logic inputs, provides analog temperature output (VOT), and includes a fault output (FO). It operates within a case temperature range of -25°C to +115°C with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, and meets UL1557 safety standard. The IGBT collector-emitter saturation voltage is 1.45V (typical) at 20A, and the forward voltage of the freewheeling diode is 1.7V (typical) at 20A.
