The BD2801MUV is a 3ch linear constant-current LED driver IC with a built-in charge pump power supply, allowing the output current of each channel to be adjusted by external resistors connected to the IREF pin. In addition, each ch can be controlled ON/OFF by inputting an external signal. It is suitable for R, G, and B LED driver IC for CIS type sensors.
