The 2SD2671 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose low-frequency amplification, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 30 V and a continuous collector current of 2 A. It is packaged in the SOT-346T (TSMT3) package and features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 370 mV at a collector current of 1.5 A and a base current of 75 mA. The transistor has a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 270 to 680 at a collector current of 200 mA and a transition frequency of 280 MHz. It meets the AEC-Q200 standard for automotive applications and is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C. Complementary PNP type 2SB1706 is available.
