The 2SAR553P HZG is a PNP silicon transistor in an SOT-89 package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -50 V and a collector current of -2 A, designed for low-frequency amplification and high-speed switching. It features a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of -400 mV at -700 mA collector current and -35 mA base current, and a DC current gain ranging from 180 to 450 at -50 mA collector current.
