The 2SA2029 is a PNP general purpose small signal transistor in the SOT-723 package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -50 V and a collector current of -150 mA. It features a DC current gain (hFE) range of 120 to 390, a collector-emitter saturation voltage of -500 mV at -50 mA collector current, and a transition frequency of 140 MHz. The device is designed for general purpose small signal amplifier applications and complements the 2SC5658 NPN transistor.
