The MC100LVEL33 is a 3.3 V ECL v?4 divider designed for high-speed applications. It features a typical propagation delay of 630 ps and can operate at a maximum frequency of 4.0 GHz. The device includes an asynchronous reset pin that is asserted on the rising edge, allowing for synchronization of multiple dividers in a system. It has an internally generated reference voltage output (VBB) for single-ended input conditions and supports both PECL and NECL modes of operation.
