The FD300R07PE4_B6 is an EconoPACK™4 IGBT module incorporating fourth-generation trench/field-stop IGBT4 and emitter-controlled diode technology with an integrated NTC temperature sensor, designed for high-frequency switching, chopper, motor drive, and UPS applications. It is packaged in a standard housing with an isolated baseplate and measures 102 mm x 62 mm x 26 mm. The module supports a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 650 V, a continuous collector current of 300 A at 70°C case temperature, and a peak collector current of 600 A. Total power dissipation is rated at 940 W with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. It includes an integrated NTC thermistor with a resistance of 5.00 kΩ at 25°C and meets 4 kV AC insulation for 1 minute. The module is UL-approved (E83335) and complies with RoHS standards.
